#TonightsTea crispy fish with spicy pour over sauce.
Brown garlic, ginger, spring onions, add lemon juice and soy. Set aside.
Cornflour coat fish, fry until crisp. Pour over reheated sauce. I added lao gan ma.

Tonight's tea: literally 4 minutes from start to finish thanks to fresh pasta.
* Boil frozen peas in stock for 2 minutes
* Add parsley, smoked salmon and cream, turn off the heat
* Boil pasta for 1 minute and drain
* Mix all, heat though for 1 minute
* Pile into hot bowls, squeeze over black pepper and lemon juice
