Who at Google thought it was a great idea to have an "Out of Office" setting for Google Calendar but it still allows people to schedule meetings with you?

Sure, it will auto-decline if you have that setting, but it should at least warn the meeting creator with more than a tiny icon.

At least show as 'busy' like it does for existing meetings.
