@Andres4NY @mekkaokereke IMO AOC does way more to cover for capitalists than actually push for socialism. The internationalist group (probably the marxist group i identify most with) has a whole pamphlet on it which i highly recommend reading even if you don't 100% agree with it: https://www.internationalist.org/social-democracy-in-service-of-U.S.-imperialism-web.pdf .

@Maker_of_Things something rice based might not be worst idea. no gluten and very filling. Maybe you can try something like eggs and rice? Adding ketchup helps with the flavor too (but has a bit of sugar).

Honestly im a big fan of just plain white rice. A dash of rice vinegar supposedly makes it tastes like it came from a sushi resturaunt and soy sauce is sometimes nice when im low on electrolytes.

what linux distro should i run on my laptop (ryzen 5650u thinkpad). looking for something thats hackable but easy to mantain (wont have to go into a shell to fix things every three months, but still possible to use refind instead of grub, set up btrfs compression, etc). I like gnome so thats probably the DE I'll run.

@yellow @thief hey i think the biggest problem here isnt that you used it but that when someone told you it was racist you responded with anger and it seemed like you were taking it as a personal attack. everyone says some racist shit sometimes and what differentiates an antiracist from a racist is how you respond and correct your own and others behaviors.

@tobi @jonny yeah its crazy. just the complete unwillingness to even consider mozilla might have done anything at all wrong. it takes a lot of ignorance to just straight up claim that any feedback given is not only something you dont want to act on, but also completely meritless and wrong.

@alissaazar ah makes sense. crazy how blatantly racist the tsa is, yet most white poeple dont know about it. Ive never been pulled for additional screening even after the tranny detector got angry, yet with all my brown friends it happens literally every single time.

@imyxh yep 100%. the best thing you can do is leave your phone at home. if you need one then its probably ok if you use a prepaid phone that you buy using cash and then snap in half right after using.
