I've just learnt about this upcoming non-fiction book, being released just in time for #StarTrek's 60th Anniversary. It's also written by non other than @BenCSRobinson, so you can be sure it is well researched and also fun! I've been waiting for just such a book on Star Trek, can't wait! 🖖😊

@gaghyogi49 Ignore them. No one has the right to tell you how to enjoy the things you love. Many of us have the same Trek passion as you but nowhere near your attention to details and eagerness.

@gaghyogi49 One thing I noticed in the original series non-HD Season 2/3 credits is someone turns out lights in the engineering hull! If you haven't seen these before, you'll never stop seeing them.

@gaghyogi49 It's possible the line was added so late in production that the subtitles script had already gone out to American-based transcription entities?

Uhura appears at the helm console (manning the navigation position) in the very first #StarTrekTOS bridge scene ever broadcast, in "The Man Trap"↙️. She's also there in "The Naked Time"↘️ and "Balance of Terror"⬇️, just like in #StarTrekSNW's "The Sehlat Who Ate Its Tail"⬆️.
