Is #twitterdown still again this morning? Elmo claimed to put a limit in yesterday, which sounded like bullshit. I'm still rate limited this morning so if there was a daily limit it didn't reset overnight.

@3psboyd When I retired early, I looked at cobra and saw this would happen. Comparing cobra to the marketplace, I opted for the marketplace for cheaper coverage than cobra would give me. But yeah, it sucks.

Looks like Twitter will be making even more changes so that those who refuse to pay his monthly fee will get less value from the service.
This of course will likely drive more advertisers away, or at least make them renegotiate how much they pay.
