kinda despise that lots of projects use discord for their support communities. it's not easily searchable and is closed off. lots of times if you Google the issue nothing comes up but on the discord there's loads of threads about the exact same thing.

at least you're not the Cisco design engineer who caused an entire product line recall by placing the mode button (which resets the switch if held) directly above an RJ45 port.
