If supermarkets can amass $3bn in profits then it can make 20%+ less and make it easier for the average household.

Unless we question the underlying capitalist system which requires business to grow every year, it will always be the individual, family and household that is asked to make the sacrifice and never the corporation.

Why can't Woolies make, say, $1bn p/a profit and save Aussie families? It can, but the system can never ever be questioned.
