I must be terribly sloppy with the mouse. The Cloudflare CAPTCHA spins and spins to show the box, but one click from me and there's not a chance any self-respecting bot would have done that.

no joke the second I posted this SCIP finished presolving and immediately hit its memory limit
running a constraint solver is always such fun because it'll chug merrily along until at the drop of a hat it will decide to use all of my memory and lock up the machine
@mcc It's not a Banks chapter unless 70% of it is given over to a detailed description and history of its setting, which will never appear again.
@whitequark fyi, I and at least one other person have had halloy miss messages when fetching chathistory recently. a maintainer pushed a fix quickly, but it hasn't made its way into a release yet
