@thickurt @robdaemon that's usually how I am. Especially with entry level folks. If they seem teachable and can carry on a conversation then I usually can work with em.

@thickurt I think deleting it is the only option.
I had a teams interview today and I just get so into my head and trip over asking good questions that it sort of turns into a bit of a shit show.
No matter how many times I have to interview candidates, it'll always be the last favorite part of my job.
