@thickurt I think deleting it is the only option.
I had a teams interview today and I just get so into my head and trip over asking good questions that it sort of turns into a bit of a shit show.
@cenlapup @thickurt ugh I HATE doing it. I have to do 2-3 a week. It truly is my least favorite part of the job.
Some people are an easy no, but the nice ones who struggle a bit but you know could do it under less stressful circumstances just eat me up inside.
Also interviewing brings out my imposter syndrome really badly.
@robdaemon @cenlapup at the end of the day, if they do their best and have reasonable amount of skill and I enjoy my time with them I give them a yes. I say yes to almost everyone because I tend to work easily with other people I guess.
I value human interaction over most everything. If I'm able to put someone at ease and we can work on a problem together, then I don't see the harm in giving a yes.
Tech interviewers are insane with what they expect. *shrug* I try not to be like the bad ones
