@georgetakei interesting take and no surprise. Each state sets its own standards and there is also an element of local control. Thankfully DC doesn’t have the authority to mandate curriculum.

@rbreich this is one of the most unfortunate things about the awful divide that has been created in this country. We need immigrants for the economy and the future of the country. We’re not sustainable with people and our birth rate doesn’t support the population we need to succeed. More young working age people are critical. Just ask China how things are looking for them long term with their one child policy…of mostly males.
