Sometimes I'm overwhelmed by how manipulative powerful people can be.
- Stoking FOMO: don't miss out on the "fantastic upside!"
- False dichotomy: tech is not a singularity and "managed decline" not the only alternative
- Strawperson: no-one is actually advocating for "stasis"
Collateral damage of today's "novelty AI art" economic model. Yesterday we had a vibrant, boundless public web of incredible human art. Tomorrow, most of that web will go dark to evade the ravages of short-termist opportunism.

I tried this after a friend shared that they were not able to Tweet certain links.
My niece was very interested in my Ferris #UCAN stickers, and after a little bit of inspired planning she turned them into the main characters for a new board game in development.
