One of the cool things about new drugs and cutting edge pharmaceuticals is how they get to be advertised indiscriminately to everyone with a television and the commercials don't have to mention which patient populations (chronic kidney disease, pregnant women, the elderly, cancer'd folk, etc) were excluded from the efficacy trials. It's a great feeling when a patient asks about a certain drug they saw and you get to tell them that there's no evidence for if it'll work for them, specifically.
