talking about my mental health more publically feels like a privacy violation but like i am the kind of person that has been begging for treatment behind closed doors and all i see is negative talk of getting treatment like "oughhh zoloft prozac so ough i feel like zombie" i have never ever seen a post from a medicated mentally ill person where theyre just happy, excited even, to take their meds or recieve meds. nobodys happy to be medicated and if they say they do, its not out of actual personal joy, its because they have to. im excited and happy to be medicated bec itll make things so much easier i hope and ill be functioning like i used to again for work and stuff. im happy. im happy. euphoric even. pulls a confetti popper
