@ptua and then maybe Steamrail could restore an L class and run electric loco hauled heritage services....
Melbourne's only got one major rail line with frequent service all day every day. Sydney has seven.
Frequent services get more people on board public transport more often.

@NewtonMark Shares in the stock of companies that produce norovirus tests must be doing well.
@onekind That's wild.

Hey fronds 🌿

My lovely friend @SeaFury is approaching the PhD finish line and her earning capacity is a bit limited right now.

Maybe you could check out her Ko-Fi and pick out some zines and stickers? They are beautiful and thoughtful ecofuturist interventions that reflect SeaFury's talent as a designer and a scientist.

I've opened a shop. Come take a look!

Asking for uh some interested people: how do streetside and public charging stations for electric vehicles perform in flooding? Are there cutoffs or do the stations stay live in floodwater?

[boosts encouraged]

@stilgherrian @trent flatten the line go up
Normalize kei trucks, you cowards.

What an amazing Day 1 for the #MetroTunnel !

Thousands of people showed up to see the new stations, ride the trains and have a look around.

Everyone I've spoken to had lots of good things to say, with hopes for the improved public transport services that this can enable.

Thanks to everyone who said hello too. I will be doing a video on this, but maybe in a little while when the hype has died down a bit and I have more time to properly put it together.
