Mastodon's structure brings back fond memories of the days of blogs and RSS feed readers like Feedly. I am slowly organizing the people I follow into lists (Sociology, Political Science etc.) so that I can take turns catching up in these areas.
today at the office there was a period of about 30 minutes where the area behind my office was alive with birds. I had my camera handy so I got some shots. more on my Instagram feed: cameron_d_campbell

#photographyHere's a little something I was working on this week to visualize flows of Qing officials 1830-1911 from province of origin (where they originally sat for the exam) and province of first post. Some of the locations are not really provinces, for example, Jingshi was the primary capital (now Beijing) and Shengjing was the secondary capital (now Shenyang). Shutian and Fengtian were prefectures. Anyway...
