@Emmacox cool. It's nice to have something that works for you in all fronts!
Ah yes! I only discovered bittercress recently, not as a food but for the camera stuff. There's a load of it around here along with some mouse ear cress.

@Emmacox oh that is cool! We have plenty of those sticky cleaver things around here if I'm thinking of the same plant. What's the mustard one? I've been using the Picture This app to help me identify stuff. It turns out I know very little about plants haha.
It does seem to be a nice frequency. I like the length of the posts too. Very manageable and interesting!
@Emmacox are you finding much on your foraging expeditions?
I wanted to say I enjoy the newsletter! The 'Obby 'Oss thing sounds a bit peculiar but I imagine it's quite the thing to witness! Do you still like doing the updates at that sort of frequency? It seems to work well!
@Emmacox that is great news. Glad to hear you're getting to create more!
Things with me are okay thanks. It was tough going for a while but hoping I'm out the other side of it now!
I've been foraging in the garden for lots of different little plants that might make good developers. It has been very educational of nothing else!
@Emmacox let me know if they're able to shed some light or if you want me to pass it on to my friend.
Oh amazing! Congratulations. I mean, it was a matter of time, wasn't it?! Was that at the local place you had some stuff in?
Are there any scientists on here that can help me with a few things?
I'm looking for a total dummies guide to understanding pH changes (mainly increase)
and
ways to disrupt protein bonds (specifically in gelatin structures) - I've already looked at heat but I'm looking for other ways.
Thanks!
Castles seem a weird thing to take for granted but there are loads of them around here. This is what is left of O'Halloran's. It sounds like the name of a pub somewhere in North America.
