I did the whole project within the free trial period of Shapr3D. I had done the iPad tutorials before, but had never designed anything in it. Shapr3D is missing a few basic features, but I don't think anything else the can deliver professional results has as shallow a learning curve.
My friend needed a car part he couldn't find. I offered to make it for him. A few USDZs, 3D prints, and rounds of revisions later, I have an aluminum part ready to go on the car. Making stuff is fun.
Descript is the worst way to edit a podcast, except for everything else I've tried.

Backyard camping. All the yelling at your kids of regular camping, but at home.
My frustration with my children insisting on waking up at 5:45 during the summer when we don’t leave the house until 8am is compounded by the knowledge that next month when we need to leave at 7am they’ll surely start sleeping in.
