I always get questioned by the suburbanite coworkers about how I can stand uptown/downtown, how it's "unsafe", it's obnoxious. Just be smart and you're fine!

I've started responding to them with "I only got shot sixteen times last night, twice this morning. I'm actually dead right now but I still need the money." With as much sarcasm as I can muster.

The numbers increase every time they ask.
