You can ride the hand-carved, 130+ year old #LakesideParkCarousel in St. Catharines for just 5¢! This lion in the stamp is original; they get repainted every few years. The other lion is a recent replacement for one who was stolen! Depending on the angle, he looks more surprised than ferocious 😆

Ethennonnhawahstihnen' (etta-nonna wasti-nuh) replaced the Bayview branch in 2023. The community centre has a pool, gym, weight room, indoor track, and meeting rooms. On top of a subway station, the only thing this place doesn't have is free parking. #tpl #library #100tplbranches
