Frosty frog. Not a real one, don’t worry.
I know it’s only January, but this will win window display of the year 2023. Burt’s Books in Swindon take a bow.
Why are cast iron London street bollards lining the cliff paths at Durlston Country Park, Dorset? They were brought back as ballast by empty ships returning from transporting Purbeck stone to be used for building in the capital city. When the ships arrived back in Dorset they unloaded their London ballast. Great Victorian recycling!
I still have a couple of coaching-by-the-sea sessions available for charity leaders in spring 2023. Today I went for a walk at one of the locations. If you’d like to join me here to reflect and prepare for the year ahead, check out my website

by the wavesI saw a peregrine falcon today. Beautiful sight.
Even my printer thinks it’s too cold to work today.
Night night everyone.
#dogsofmastadonI saw cormorants herding fish today. That’s the Isle of Wight in the late evening sun in the background. Great sight.
One of the services I offer here in Dorset is a coaching at the coast day. Today, on the way back from a lovely session I saw a sunset in one direction and a moonrise in the other at exactly the same moment. Glorious.
Time to introduce my dog Moosh to Mastodon. This little dude is a very big deal to me.
