It brings me no joy to report this, but it’s been almost a full day of the Mamdani candidacy, I walked from Midtown all the way to Greenwich and back, and the city is in SHAMBLES. I saw a man doing pull-up sets on scaffolding. There was a *jazz band* playing in the park, in front of CHILDREN!
