@gruber you should have @jsnell on the talk show again for a Tahoe debate. Seems like you’re on the “sweat the details” side and Jason’s on the “it’s good enough” side. I think it’s a fascinating conversation.

@gruber Or Apple could just double down on the single story ‘a’ and default notes to Newton Casual! 😆

Newton Casual Font

So you like the Newton's Casual Font... in fact you like it so much you'd like to use it on your desktop PC? It is available from http:...

@caseyliss I’m casually interested in callsheet, but don’t think I need it enough to subscribe. I would 100% buy a consumable pack to use it adhoc.
@atpfm messages were not part of data export 😔
@atpfm 2 feedbacks: 1. Apple has privacy.apple.com to export data (maybe just for CA and EU?). Trying now to see if it includes messages under “other”.
2. Research shows as overall volume decreases, bass frequencies are perceived quieter than high frequencies which is why some speakers try to bass boost at quieter levels. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equal-loudness_contour

‘The Silicon Valley of turf’: how the UK’s pursuit of the perfect pitch changed football

The long read: They used to look like quagmires, ice rinks or dustbowls, depending on the time of year. But as big money entered football, pristine pitches became crucial to the sport’s image – and groundskeepers became stars
