The other day I told my roommates abt Helm's Development of a White Identity (which I learned abt in Cultural Psych last month)

So I'm studying w one roommate rn and was like "how can my dad be right and so wrong at the same time?" bc the cognitive dissonance is fucking unreal and she said "he's at that stage where he knows racism is real but doesn't realize it's related to him"

And yeah, he's at the Disintegration stage. I love psychology

Got out of bed and showered. But now I'm back in bed!! Fuck!! And my cat is so cute and also hates it when i leave so going to eat is hard knowing it means i must leave afterward
