@daringfireball Here’s an idea for a solution to accidental activation of the camera—use machine learning to determine if the iPhone is in a bag/pocket. Data from the camera (it’s dark, with no discernible image), mics (sound is muffled), and the other sensors (motion, etc) would automatically shut the camera app down instead of letting it continue to run. This would prevent accidents for existing iPhone users while eliminating the need to double click Camera Control
