@kevinhearne @kacealexander @chuckwendig The "gated community" analogy feels strong here. Each instance is a community with its own security. The strength of that security is as variable as the admins running it. So, people will stay in ones they feel safe, and leave if they're uncomfortable. But for paradigm to exist, the communities all have to be separate.
