@trib @madpilot @decryption I came here to say exactly this. As a former Brumby owner I'd buy an EV version. I guess the addition of family members since those days might mean I would have to resort to something bigger and then that puts you into that crazy big category because if you really need the 'utility' of a ute, there isn't much else.

@franksting sounding a lot like US HOAs to me. I guess people buy into strata estates for a reason. Surely not cost??
