At #Fungal26? Stop by my Friday poster about BRC-Analytics; I'll be giving out free UseGalaxy accounts (always free!) and free demos of BRC-Analytics.org (always free too!). If you can't make it, here it is: https://js2.jetstream-cloud.org:8001/brc-analytics/GSA-fungal-2026-poster.pdf
In case you missed it, I gave a talk titled "Reproducing Aspergillus
fumigatus Analysis in BRC-Analytics" at AsperFest. The slides are here: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1Wd37Rntkb3ZYf2zYzAyTlj5aspBh8g95/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=101127789718768943280&rtpof=true&sd=true.
Of course, if you have organisms/assemblies you'd like to see added, or have suggestions about funtionality, let us know!

In case you missed it earlier this week, we released a white paper titled "From data to publication in a browser with BRC-Analytics: Evolutionary dynamics of coding overlaps in measles virus" (https://gxy.io/brc-measles-wp). This walks through the analysis of a public set of measles RNA-seq data, all done FOR FREE.
If you missed the inaugural all-BRC webinar last week, a video is available on YouTube: https://youtu.be/DtuD2YTCT30
Presenters introduced the three BRCs (BV-BRC, PDN and BRC-Analytics) in a tight 30 minutes.
We are pleased to announce a new release of https://BRC-Analytics.org (v0.16.0). This release updates the number of included organisms to 1400+ and a nearly 2000 assemblies (adding many bacteria and helminths), and some significant improvements to searching ENA and the workflow config UI.
Of course, if you have organisms/assemblies you'd like to see added, or have suggestions about funtionality, let us know!
