@SteveLemson that’s something you learn at home. It doesn’t matter if a drag queen reads a book if they go home and the parents says that’s a mentally challenged and sick person the child will look at that drag queen as that. Reading a book doesn’t change that. Try again! That’s a weak excuse for having a drag queen read to children.
@SteveLemson why would a elementary student need to understand an adult cross dresser. Make that make sense. They’re learning basic skills like addition and subtraction and the English language. Please rationalize understand an adult cross dresser.
@SteveLemson and this is the problem with our society right here. The fact you have to ask that is a problem. And that’s why people feel they have to protect their kids from society now. Next you’ll be asking what’s wrong with minor attracted person’s? Reading to kids if they aren’t dating them. It’s a slippery slope.
@ktneely@jerry Apple+ has some amazing content though that you can’t get anywhere else. I guess I never paid attention to it possibly being shot on an iPhone though.
@SteveLemson throwing out the word threatened doesn’t make it true lol. The little slights won’t work. Keep having a respectful conversation I think we can do that. I feel if you’re advocating for drag queens to have story time with elementary school kids something is very wrong.
