@stroughtonsmith i’m not sure if that counts as black erasure (which is certainly a thing)… anything associated with Michael Jackson is problematic these days, based on the assumption of his guilt.
@thomasfuchs i have great nostalgia for SoundJam MP, which was the 3rd party MP3 player that Apple licensed and built iTunes on top of. it was a great native Mac app, in the skinable WinAmp mold… fast and well designed. when iTunes came out, it was well designed, but clunky compared to SoundJam (laggy window re-sizing for instance)… SoundJam died during the Mac OSX transition (shipped a beta, but never a final version)… i still miss it
