I found it, but I'm quite sad to say as I read your receipt I noticed it says
"Since you bought today at a discount, this bill has been stamped "No Refunds, No Returns, All Sales Are Final" "

I suppose you forgot to read with care, the Today Sales Sign on the display, for if you had done so, you might had noticed this footnote:
"Please note the Return Option for the Discount For Less Daylight is only for those who paid the annual subscription rate, and is not available for new accounts "
