random bee fact: the "we'll all die without bees" thing is completely false. most plants are either not insect-pollinated (especially most commercial trees and stuff which are grafted), or pollinated by things like flies. bees are still cool tho

- use-package is native now
- tree-sitter looks fucking incredible
- native access to sqlite databases, even letting you manipulate them in a buffer
- proper background transparency (yess)
and most importantly:
