@dantescanline I feel like the scene works way better if we don't know what they are working on as it's entirely irrelevant to the plot and the fact that they don't know somehow makes the entire experience way more intense I think.

Alternatively I'd want it to be something entirely pointless and irrelevant - I don't know, flag poles for emperor's birthday, but then he changes his mind and they just throw out all the stuff they build
