Recently I got to rescue this hatchling Gould’s goanna from the backyard. One day he/she could grow to 1.6 m and weigh 6kg!

The Western Grey Kangaroos at my place are becoming belligerent. This mum was stripping my fruit tree of leaves but just stared at me and wouldn’t move when I went to encourage her on her way!
Stunning formations on a Christmas Eve walk at Ngilgi Cave, Yallingup. This cave also produced a thylacine tooth as well as fossils of extinct megafauna.
