I didn't complete 'Breath Of The Wild' so I've gone back to it after about 5 years and I have no idea what I'm doing or what's going on. I'm reluctant to start again for the tutorials so I've got lots of gear and no idea.

Yesterday A. made Taco Rice, which is an Okinawan take on tacos that doesn’t include any actual tacos, substituting rice. This is an Anglo-American vegan version of a Japanese version of USA version of Mexican food. Stack short grain rice, taco style mince, salad. It was v. tasty

I had a go at making fufu tonight (using a potato, cassava and plantain flour) and did… maybe OK, I think? I also made a peanut and watercress stew.
