Yesterday A. made Taco Rice, which is an Okinawan take on tacos that doesn’t include any actual tacos, substituting rice. This is an Anglo-American vegan version of a Japanese version of USA version of Mexican food. Stack short grain rice, taco style mince, salad. It was v. tasty
(The mince was cooked with Tropical Sun Cajun Seasoning and World Famous Hot Sauce Pizza Oil which were entirely not authentic but tasted fantastic. They are now the authentic ingredients of, er, Ancoats Style Taco Rice)
