@heidilifeldman While Biden cared, Trump 2.0 is basically artificially rolling back hard earned protections for farm laborers that would make Cesar Chavez - who spent his life pushing for dignity, safety, and fair wages for farm laborers that other workers enjoy. By artificially rolling back standards — whether it’s wage guarantees, housing conditions, pesticide safety, or the right to collectively bargain — this kind of policy signals that farmworkers are still seen as second-class labor.
