Good news: Only need one more extraction and not 3! We found the vector of infection of the worst tooth & gum/roots.

Bad news: The bad tooth roots, not only is it messed with the tooth next to it, the roots have pierced our sinus cavity... So anytime we have drainage, it also drains into the root/gum bed (and gets infected…) Told him we would only do it the Mini way (local only, no general) due to $1k vs $3k.
