Having a clear out and I found this relic from the past. There are some great dev boards about these days, but i think this is the most beautiful one ever created.

For the past couple of months I've been working on some light sculptures for RHS Glow and Lightwaves (at Salford Quays). Today's the preview event, and here are a few shots from setup.
Looks like we're not going to finish this today. I'll leave them under a book over the weekend and pick this up again on Monday.
I think I always knew that a speaker was just a coil and a magnet, but it still seems strange to me that this is all you need to make one
This might end up being the saddest build thread ever as we might fail on step 1. One of the ports has a pin broken off. We might be able to get a solder blob to stretch enough. Wish us luck.

I've got a cup of coffee and all the parts needed for some Ploopy headphones (https://ploopy.co/headphones/). I'll grab a soldering iron and find out what they're like to build.
I've just had to dig through my pile a stuff to find this, last used circa 2005. Hooray for never throwing anything away!
