Hey guys. It's Shawn. On Twitter I was @shawnk_aka_bbs. Like you, I moved over to Mastodon because the ableist and anticonsumer moves that Elon Musk has made since he took over is despicable. Anyway, enough about that. I'm 39 going on 40 and my interests are technology, video games, politics and sports, specifically NBA, Winnipeg Jets Hockey and Tennis. I'm not sure if you know this about me, but I'm a really big #NBA fan. So I've been listening to a few games on SiriusXM and I've noticed that now both the horn and shot clock buzzer have been going off at the same time when a substitution is made or out of a time out. Before select arenas did this but now it seems like every arena is doing this now. Is this tied to a new rule that was implemented this season or what?
Not sure if either #NeatherRealm Studios or #EdBoon are on Mastodon, but someone needs to tell them that Invasions Mode in #MortalKombat1 needs to be made accessible. It doesn't make sense that the rest of the game is accessible but one part isn't. Just another example of game developers making a half assed effort of making their games accessible.

One more thing. I'm so glad that we ended the Concervatives' rein of terror in last night's #ManitobaProvincialElection. I really hope the NDP makes this province more accessible than it is in terms of employment. I know it's gonna be nice when they open up the emergency rooms in the hospitals that the concervatives shut down. It was very stupid of them shutting those locations down. So yeah, here's to 4 years of positive changes.

This is another example of #JapaneseGameDevelopers not giving two craps about accessibility for people with visual impairments. To anyone that is interested to play #StreetFighter6, I would highly suggest avoiding the #WorldTour mode as @Capcom has no accessibility features such as text to speech as most of the story is text-based. I was getting frustrated with the mode as I had no clue what I was to do. This is not acceptible. #BlindPeoplePlayGamesToo

You know, I'm really getting tired of companies offerring certain services only to their home countries like the US. Sorry for the language, but it's bullshit that I can't apply for an #AppleCard so I can use it to finance a #MacBook Air just because I live in Canada. Either offer services worldwide or figure out how you can and don't offer them at all until you do. Rant over.
So I don't know if the developer behind the third party Twitter app #NightOwl is on this platform, but if you are, let me first start by saying that your app was awesome and I just made a review on the #MacAppStore saying that I would be thrilled if you converted Night Owl into a Mastodon app. I liked the simplicity of your app and I'd like to be able to use it with Mastodon.
