Rancher development is actually very active, and it has a very large installation and customer base. Feature releases are quarterly, with the next one coming up very soon. Of course, I'm biased, but I'd say it's the way to go to manage Kubernetes in places, where you don't have a fully managed offering. If you have any questions, feel free to ping me.
