Runs well but i copied over the shader cache from my M2 to avoid stuttering.

Windows 11 for ARM running in a VM doesn't like being constrained to 2 cores and 4GB RAM because I shoehorned it onto last generations mobile phone chip.
Neo is not a new class of device like "Air" or "Pro" - At least in Apple Business Manager. It's of type "MacBook" like the 12" before it.
