如果让我用一句话总结我现在对 AI 的看法：

它适合做重复劳动、辅助、整理和发散；
但原创表达、系统设计、统一审美和项目控制，目前还是要靠人。

真正的问题也许不是“AI 会不会取代你”，
而是：当工具越来越强时，你还能不能分清，什么真正属于你。

My view in one sentence:

AI is good for repetitive labor, assistance, organization, and idea expansion;
but original expression, systemic design, unified aesthetics, and project control still depend on the creator.

The real question may not be “Will AI replace you?”
It may be: when tools get stronger, can you still tell what is truly yours?

我并不觉得应该抵制 AI，
但我也不觉得应该神化 AI。

真正上手以后，你会发现它没那么神。
它不是一个“你说一句话，就能准确做出你脑子里那个复杂世界”的工具。至少现在还不是。

I don’t think resisting AI is the answer,
but I also don’t think worshipping AI is the answer.

Once you really use it, you realize it’s not magical.
It is not a tool that can perfectly translate the complex world in your mind from a single prompt. At least not yet.

人来定方向，AI 来做辅助。

草图、概念、情绪、结构、审美判断、项目整体控制，还是要靠人。
AI 更适合做整理、细化、尝试和流程辅助。

So for me, the more reasonable workflow is:

human sets the direction, AI supports the process.

Sketch, concept, emotion, structure, aesthetic judgment, and overall project control still need to come from the creator.
AI is better for organization, refinement, testing, and workflow support.

很多 AI 图的问题不是不好看，
而是结构关系不稳定、逻辑不统一、细节看起来丰富却没有真正原因。
单张图也许成立，但放进一个完整项目里就容易出问题。

A lot of AI images are not weak because they are ugly,
but because their structure is unstable, their logic is inconsistent, and their details often lack real purpose.
A single image may work, but inside a full project, problems appear quickly.

我现在一个很强的感受是：
AI 很擅长“风格化”，但不擅长“系统化设计”。

它可以细化草图、尝试气氛、推某种视觉方向；
但它很难稳定地建立一套真正统一的设计逻辑。

One strong feeling I have now is this:
AI is good at stylization, but weak at systemic design.

It can refine sketches, test mood, and push visuals in a certain direction;
but it struggles to build a truly unified design logic.

That part is real.
For example, I let AI do a first pass on references, project organization, and workflows, and then I review and judge the results myself.

目前为止，我觉得 AI 最擅长的，不是替你“创作”，而是替你“干活”。
比如整理文件、分类剧本资料、搜参考图、跑重复流程、搭建可复用工作流。

Right now, I feel AI is much better at helping with work than replacing creation.
It’s useful for organizing files, sorting script materials, gathering references, automating repetitive tasks, and building reusable workflows.

但真正用下来以后，我越来越清楚地感受到：它有非常明显的边界。

I do think AI is a real trend, and it’s hard to avoid.
But after actually using it in practice, I’ve also become very aware of its limits.
