It's a decentralized network that doesn't belong to any one party, so by definition there is no single culture on it. Different corners have different expectations and customs.

@ilyaz there should be a healthy balance in centralization. We can’t expect everyone to run and moderate their own server. This also defeats the purpose of this medium.
