I recently started my first full time position in Web Development. Nearing the end of my 3rd week now, and I am so far loving it. Our toolset is a little wonky (we're not using anything 'typical' unfortunately), but that only adds to the adventure and learning opportunities!
Really looking forward to continuing on this journey with this team!
Meta's Threads application launched in the last few hours, lots of my friends are already making the move over there. Really excited to see Threads gain compatibility with the Activity Pub protocol over the next couple months so I can welcome my friends into the Fediverse! 😀
Just started leveling a Protection Paladin on World of Warcraft :)
I travel between 2 locations often, and love to game. But I hated lugging my desktop between spots. So about 4 weeks back I built a secondary PC I could leave here. It has a 4th gen i7 and a Dell OEM 1070, and I am utterly surprised by how well the performance still holds up. No wonder #nvidia is having trouble selling the 40 series to gamers when the 10 series is still rocking.
