Just a reminder that I only check up here occasionally and I'm mostly on BlueSky and Tumblr. Not that I have anything more interesting to say over there.

I could still use your help and your boosts, y’all. Things are not-so-great in Michelle-land, and I would appreciate whatever aid you’re able to offer.

Man, I really hate doing this. I mean, asking for #MutualAid when you need it shouldn’t be such a kick in the teeth, but that’s what it feels like every time I do it. I suppose it’ll take me some time to reckon with the fact that I’m disabled now, and not as self-sufficient as I used to be. Meanwhile, I could use your help. If you can chip in, great! If not, please boost this, at the very least. Thanks, friends! ❤️ https://gofund.me/708fee58

I posted this on Tumblr. I didn't think it would go far. But ... people have clipped it from Tumblr, shared in on Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, it's had at least ONE AI read on Tiktok, and a few on Youtube ... so ... just so you know who posted it ... Hi. My pharmacist stole my deadname.
Apparently I forgot to post that I'm doing #ffxivwrite again this year. Prompts 1 to 7 are up right now, let's see how long I can keep the streak running this time. https://archiveofourown.org/works/58653742

I'm one third into season three of The Bear and I have very mixed opinions about it. It seems to be made more to win awards than to actually tell a story.

I'm excited to unveil a brand new Lady Astronaut story published today in Reactor, "In the Moon's House."

Read it in full for free at https://reactormag.com/in-the-moons-house-mary-robinette-kowal/

Editor: Claire Eddy
Cover Artist: Avalon Nuovo

I love how short stories allow me to explore the lives of background or secondary characters. This story takes place before THE FATED SKY. I’m happy to let you all get to know Dawn, Graeham, Wilburt, and Heidi a little better before you meet them in THE MARTIAN CONTINGENCY. (1/2)

In the Moon's House - Reactor

A new Lady Astronaut story! Dawn struggles to fit in with the rest of her team--the backup crew for the next lunar mission--but she and her colleagues may have more in common than anyone realizes...

Whoops... there it is!
