I don't see anything, here, which indicates an individually held right. Militia and State are collective nouns; one person cannot be a Militia - one person cannot be a State.

And this clear refers to the right of the people. Can one person be THE PEOPLE? NO! Once again, the Framers used a collective noun phrase: THE PEOPLE - the same people in WE, THE PEOPLE, meaning ALL OF US. NOT ONE OF US
Never before has there been a Supreme Court which has taken away so many Rights from so many citizens in so short a period.

@jaykuo There is something wrong about a party which treats one man as if he is an all powerful king while celebrating the American experiment which rejects royal rule.
@iHeartHockey29 @MarkRuffalo salt water is perfect for energy separation of water into hydrogen and oxygen. Dirty water works, too. The gasses bubble out of solution at the cathode and anode of the catalysis cells.
