Minnebar (unconference) at @[email protected] headquarters is the biggest it’s ever been! There are 167 sessions today and 2,0000 registered participants. I’m learning a lot and it’s great participating in our vibrant Twin Cities tech community!

"Every year I do a one off musical show around Valentine’s Day weekend that explores some facet of love and lust. It’s an opportunity for me to bring in some really talented friends and play a character I want to explore."

Here are some of my very favorite memories of last week in Arizona with family.

Sedona views, Buddhist statue at Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, and Organ Stop Pizza in Mesa; the largest theater pipe organ ever created rises above the audience on an 8,000-pound rotating hydraulic elevator to sit 10 feet above the 700-seat dining room.

I finished “Love Medicine” by Louise Erdrich and the words were so lovely that I feel very sad to end this reading journey. I’m working my way through Kingsolver’s “Animal Dreams” which also has some lovely characters and prose! I’m taking suggestions for other wonderful books, and especially from LGBTQIA+ authors! Happy #PrideMonth! 🏳️‍🌈
