The labelling of #politics as either Right-wing or Left-wing is a victory of reductive semantic bullshittery.

We should understand, discuss and label politics in more useful ways eg.

Short-term and Long-term on 1 axis and Community vs Selfish on the other axis.

A part of what's so disturbing about AI companies that serve consumers also building military kill systems, is that many of these feature creep surveillance systems that morph in to kill decision systems (eg pentagon) are fundamentally using the interactions of the general internet + social media + AI, as a pillar of their kill decision making.

The consumer side, feeds the military decisions.

If tracking technology requires me to successfully mark the start of an activity, define the activity and mark the end of that activity.

You haven't created a tracker, you've just created extra stress, annoyance and admin in my life.

@shoq I don't code. But I've used a few AIs for analysis & data crunching on topics I have expertise in. Testing their pros and cons. Anything I have to say is purely personal perspective at present. A bit of hobbyist and a bit of business use.

I've seen the virtual/augmented reality bubble come back around several times in different decades. #AI wont be as good at some things as it's enthusiasts predict, but it will be over hyped multiple times, is my feeling.
