Currently in the reading queue are a media history of documents ("Paper Knowledge" by Lisa Getelman) plus a pair of crash-and-burn corporate histories, Dave Packard's "The HP Way" and "DEC Is Dead, Long Live DEC" (Schein, et al.) Current workplace is very dociment-driven so understanding documents is sort of critical). Current workplace is also very engineering-focused so understanding the early warning signs of MBA corrosion of culture and values is vital.
